With South Mountain
With SUBAJIU
Hi there,
A planter has a story before a plant ever settles into it. This week, we began sharing those stories through our first Live Shows with artists. Thea and Mia visited South Mountain and SUBAJIU in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, joining founders and artists to explore their creative process and inspiration. Bringing you closer to the people behind your pots feels especially meaningful. You can watch clips on our official Palmstreet account.
WITHPOT has also passed 10,000 orders. Thank you for that trust. We’re connecting previews, selection, Live Shows, and ordering into a smoother workflow, and we’ll share progress each week.
Our search for affordable, collectible ceramics continues with Shiwan pots, mutao, and more. South Mountain explores twisted forms without mold reproduction; SUBAJIU pairs artistry with breathability and value for caudex growers. Shiwan pottery brings 4,000 years of history from Foshan, with local red, white, and black clays and a distinctly Lingnan sensibility.
We hope knowing more about these makers adds another layer of enjoyment to the pot you choose. We’d love to hear what catches your eye.

Mia & Thea: Show prep
Our Story, Our Future
Pots for the next Show
Hi there,
Selling flowerpots wasn't our original plan. We began as a logistics company, and a chance turn brought us to pottery. After nearly a year of your support, our team has grown to almost 20 people, half in China and half in the United States.
Our October 11 online launch Show brought Mia, Thea, Anna, and CC together to share that story and what comes next. The poster celebrates 2,000 fans, but the encouragement you shared during the Show is what made us happiest.
We're planning a brand refresh, more great pots, logistics upgrades with shipment tracking, and collaborations with more artists. Those plans are still ahead of us, and we'll keep putting care into our weekly Shows along the way.
Thea and Mia are already on their way to in-store Shows, and our popular artist studio Live Shows will return soon. The labeled pots in our October 13 photo were being readied for the following week's Show and pot painting. Thank you for helping this unexpected chapter grow into something we can keep building together.

2K fans, Live Show
New package prototype
Hi there,
Seeing our Live Show community reach 2,000 fans makes us pause and smile. Thank you for spending part of your day with us and our pots.
Work on two WITHPOT upgrades is picking up speed. Our pot tracking system is in development and could launch by the end of October. Once it launches, a link sent after purchase will show a precise estimated arrival time and your pot's current location, whether it ships from within the U.S. or overseas. More than 30 tracking checkpoints will follow its journey, including its location at sea.
Our new packaging prototypes are complete. They offer strong protection using mostly kraft paper, with no plastic or nonbiodegradable fillers. Some of the filling can even be used as soil. You could start seeing this packaging as early as November.
There's something satisfying about those folded paper inserts: protection doesn't have to mean layers of plastic. Between clearer tracking and thoughtful packaging, we want the care behind each pot to extend all the way to your door.

Record week: 600 pots to ship
Hi there,
If you’ve shopped with us before, you may have noticed WITHPOT ® labels on your pots and wondered why. Here’s the story.
Last December, Palmstreet invited our logistics team to help handmade pots cross borders. Our first boxes left LA as SSEEAA Pottery. Along the way, we fell in love with the craft and met wonderful makers struggling to find buyers.
Your support gave us the confidence to build WITHPOT ®: a home for their work. For six months, we’ve been connecting studios, building better tools, and growing the team you see in these photos.
This week, 600 pots are waiting to leave our office. You made this record possible. That volume lets us improve: this shipment is over 30% faster, at the same price.
Whether this is your first pot or your tenth, thank you for helping handmade work find a place to grow.
With gratitude, The SSEEAA Pottery / WITHPOT ® team
